The awnings seem, to me, to be too large since they are that far off the ground. Otherwise the variation from the box is stunning. I especially like the bricks around the upper floor windows.

Never in my life have I seen canvas awnings hanging four stories above the sidewalk. The original concept was correct and this version is some sort of impractical fantasy.

What paint do you recommend on what I believe is styrene? Many acrylics do not seem to hold to the surface.
